Today, all enterprises invest heavily in Data & Analytics (Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI… you name it!), and they need to ensure those investments are serving the business strategy.

At YOOI, our mission is to help companies pilot and optimize the impact and ROI from Data & Analytics.

YOOI is a cockpit to pilot all Data & Analytics activities, by enabling:

  • Visibility and optimization of the portfolio of both initiatives and assets
  • Tracking the operational and financial performance
  • Comprehensive management of risks & compliance stakes

Our platform is specifically for enterprises, and we are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our team, and accelerate on our go-to-market !

Onboarding

We understand the importance of the onboarding to drive you to close your first deals quickly. Hence, our approach involves intensive onboarding during the first two weeks. Furthermore, to combine practical experience and skill development we will perform continuous onboarding the first 6 months.

  • Introduction to the whole team and one to one with all stakeholders,
  • Training on the use of the platform with Baptiste, head of product, who will also share with you the philosophy of the product and the road map,
  • Participation to the prospect/customer meeting - use cases studies with Robert (business developer) and Nicolas (CEO),
  • Regular deck pitch exercises and specific adjustments to get you comfortable with the way you present YOOI,
  • Market analysis of the needs and pain points.


Prospection :

You like personalized hunting, adjusting your messages considering the prospect persona and you know how to bypass traditional prospecting channels to obtain meetings with decision-makers from large companies.

Prospection processes and tools exist but you could challenge them and make them evolve.

  • Target 1: CAC 40 - C-level - Data/IT,
  • Target 2: Consulting firms specialized in data - Partners (as business providers),
  • Lead identification and generation, adjusting your messaging, cold calling, emailing, social selling etc.
  • Objective of 2 qualified meetings per week, excluding inbound marketing.


Meeting & Closing :

You perfectly master the farming, listening to incentive the appropriate next steps to your prospects. You have already signed contracts involving legal matters, security, etc. with track record > 50k

  • You will be in charge of setting up meetings, presenting the solution and setting up the next steps,
  • You will be supported by a technical expert YOOI to make the demo of the solution during the meetings,
  • You have project management skills required to implement an MVP/POC,
  • Closing on a medium/long sales cycle with an average basket of 70K - Last customer case: 5 months = 100k.


Cross-cutting projects :

You are engaged to get involved in strategic decisions of the organization and as the first Key Account Executive, you aspire to evolve quickly within YOOI:

  • You will have a collaborative approach with the marketing team (3 people) whose mission is to provide you the necessary content for your prospection, for the adhesion of your customers, etc.
  • You will regularly exchange with the product team in order to share prospect/customer feedback to challenge the product roadmap,
  • You be the hub of discussions and strategic commercial actions (Prospecting - target - evolution of the deck - choice of service providers - projection - organization of seminars - recruitment etc.).

Job requirements

Who are you?

You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a SaaS B2B context.

You will need to have a good understanding of the Data & Analytics ecosystem in global companies.

You are a problem solver, eager to offer the best solutions to fit our clients needs.

You are obsessed with impact and growth generation, through impactful content and campaigns, and with an analytics mindset to support your decision making and continuous improvement.

We look for a hands-on and rigorous profile who appreciates going in-depth of the challenges to tackle.

Most of all, someone who likes collaboration & wants to co-create with the whole team and with the product users.

You have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written in english and french (Bonus for other languages).

You should be curious and like looking for inspiration and shared experiences (market watch, meetups…).
