About YOOI

At YOOI, we believe that companies can do much more with their data (Data Science, Machine Learning, AI… you name it!). As such our mission is to help companies to become successful data-driven organizations.

To support this, we are building a SaaS platform, enabling enterprises to optimize the value of their data initiatives, by allowing them to plan and execute their data strategy, pilot the delivery of actionable assets, and helping them managing & putting their data in use.

We also deeply believe that human is the key factor of data projects success, that's why we put collaboration as the center pillar of our platform.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team (10 people mostly product-centric: PM, UX, Developers), and accelerate on our roadmap!

We are open to full-remote applications, but IN FRANCE ONLY.

What will you be doing ?

Iterating with our users, our prospects, our sales & engineering team, your mission is to maximize value of the product for our different personas. The core job is to iterate on the product vision and create a strategy while delivering maximum value in short term.

User knowledge (user research, analytics..)

• Setup user research (processes, tooling…) from user discovery to user feedbacks collection
• Animate user feedbacks sessions and dedicated workshops
• Share your knowledge to YOOI team (dev team is very keen on that!)

Market research & positioning

• Deepen and update your knowledge of the Data & Analytics ecosystem (vendors, technologies etc.)
• Contribute to sessions with analysts to challenge and refine our positioning, contribute to YOOI awareness

Product strategy & roadmap

• Drive and feed the product roadmap based on your user/market knowledge
• Structure product strategy & roadmap governance (processes, tooling…)
• Animate the governance of the product strategy & roadmap (quarterly, monthly workshops etc.)

Product features

• Animate product brainstorms from end to end (key challenges, user needs, solutioning, mocks, modeling, scoping and prioritization)

Product marketing

• Contribute and support the production of marketing material (demos, videos, website, sales book…) with CEO and marketing & sales teams
• Contribute to defining the product marketing strategy to drive awareness and lead generation

This scope has a variable geometry and is likely to be refined considering the candidate’s experiences and appetites.

Who are you ?

You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position or significant experiences in a data science team, or in a consulting firm.

You have a good understanding of the Data & Analytics ecosystem and challenges in global companies.

You are a problem solver, eager to offer the best solutions to fit our clients needs.

You are obsessed with impact and value creation, each action aims at increasing value of the product for our different personas.

We look for a hands-on & rigorous profile who appreciates going in-depth of the challenges to tackle.

Most of all, someone who likes collaboration & wants to co-create with the whole team and with the product users.

You have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written in english and french (Bonus for other languages).

You should be curious and like looking for inspiration and shared experiences (market watch, meetups…).

Last but not least: we are moving fast, while caring about excellence: from User Experience to code, every details matter!
